Josh Lanzetta is a land use and environmental attorney at Bruton & Berube.  A Strafford County native and former member of the United States Telemark Ski Team, Josh spent his formative years working as a carpenter before attending law school to study land use, real estate, and environmental law. 

A highly competitive advocate with over two decades of construction and development experience, Josh’s land use and environmental law practice includes representing clients in state and federal permitting procedures; real estate development; infrastructure development; land conveyancing transactions; real estate financing; leasing; condominium formation; due diligence; and environmental compliance. 

In addition to his land use practice, Josh leverages his past experience as corporate associate at New Hampshire’s largest law firm to routinely represent clients in LLC and entity formations; mergers; acquisitions; corporate governance; and the transfer and sale of business assets.
